in terms of style and control of narrative and thematic nuance yes, but tbh I doubt the show will ever hit the insane visceral and dramatic heights of the last two and a half seasons of BB

saying this as someone who doesn't even really stan breaking bad

TBH, BrBa was action packed compared to BCS. This was never going to draw that kind of audience.
