I haven't given that one much thought but I am pretty sure it is going to be Jessica Chastain vs. Amy Adams.

Since award season will soon be upon us I thought I would give an updated version on my predictions.

Best Picture:
Interstellar - Inherent Vice - Birdman - Foxcatcher - The Imitation Game
Gone Girl - Big Eyes - Boyhood - The Grand Budapest Hotel

Best Director:
Christopher Nolan - Interstellar
Paul Thomas Anderson - Inherent Vice
Alejandro G. Iñárritu - Birdman
Bennett Miller - Foxcatcher
David Fincher - Gone Girl

Best Actor:
Joaquin Phoenix - Inherent Vice
Steve Carell - Foxcatcher
Benedict Cumberbatch - The Imitation Game
Michael Keaton - Birdman
Matthew McConaughey - Interstellar

And as for other awards I believe Emmanuel Lubezki will win his second Oscar for cinematography and either Chastain or Adams will take best actress.

Yeah, John Toll won in 1994 for Legends of the Fall and in 1995 for Braveheart.

Yeah I know, but it doesn't happen often.
We haven't even seen much of what Lubezki's done with Birdman.
