I used to love him when I was a kid but now I don't think he's as annoying as people say he is. And I agree with you.

I enjoyed them as a dumb teenager but have since grown up to realise they are awful on almost every level, so the lesson is that only kids can enjoy them in comparison to the original trilogy which is fun for everyone even now. The only noteworthy thing about them is the music, which stands out as quality next to the rest of this garbage which is terrible far beyond the usual complaints of Jar Jar, Anakin and midichlorians.
