i don't know much about Elba.. Can he carry a movie? Is he a legit big screen presence?

He seems like a bit of a project/unknown like Renner..

ok, but can you place Elba in the spotlight? Can he shoulder a movie?

He's been great as a support guy, but its a bit different as a leading star.

I am stoked for skyfall, but think Craig needs to move on from Bond sometime soon after.

Yeah. I think he already has a succeful carreer now. 5 Bonds may be too many.

Not really. 5 seems fine to me. Anymore and I would become skeptical, but I think 5 is a good run. Craig is an outstanding Bond and he deserves a good run.
