Isn't Liquid supposed to have the inferior genes or something? There should be some similarities in the actors but performance is what matters, a good make-up job would help too.

Liquid believes he was the inferior one but in fact it was him who had the dominant genes

What started out as a confusing debut for what many people thought was a new survival horror game has turned into perhaps the best troll ever by Hideo Kojima. The Phantom Pain, as it was teased during the Spike VGAs, is almost certainly Kojima's pet project over the past few years, Project Ogre. The clues to that are pretty clear. Further, and perhaps unreasonable, evidence leads to something bigger -- that The Phantom Pain is actually Metal Gear Solid V (and it's multiplayform too).

Let's start down the rabbit hole! All we know from the Phantom Pain trailer is that it's being developed by a new studio named Moby Dick Studio. If you go to this studio's website and browse their "About Us" page you'll find the following:
"Moby Dick Studio is a game developing company operating out of Stockholm, Sweden. Moby Dick Studio was founded by CEO Joakim Mogren who after years of working for a major American developer brought together people out of various game studios from around the Scandinavian area to start something new."

Fox engine featured in Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain. Two phantoms = two games (Possible that Ground Zeroes acts like the Tanker segment of MGS2).
Hideo Kojima. . .

No, Ground Zeroes probably functions as tanker level in MGS2 - it's a prologue and yet standalone title.
