1. Daniel Day-Lewis- There Will Be Blood
2. Heath Ledger- Brokeback Mountain
3. Kevin Bacon- The Woodsman
4. Mickey Rourke- The Wrestler
5. Nicolas Cage- Adaptation
6. Colin Farrell- In Bruges
7. Daniel Day-Lewis- Gangs of New York
8. Leonardo DiCaprio- The Departed
9. Jeremy Renner- The Hurt Locker
10. Joseph Gordon Levitt- Mysterious Skin
