It doesn't matter. Cooper is bullet proof at this point and has cemented himself as a legitimate mega-star. He has had films in the past that have missed the mark, such as The Words, Hit and Run, A-Team, but he just comes back stronger and more calculated with what project he picks next. Dude has been nominated for an Oscar 3 years in a row, the team he has surrounded himself with is too strategic to let something like a mediocre Crowe movie stop his momentum. Lets not forget that he is currently #1 at the box office and kicking ass on every level. I agree with Dodd. At this point Cooper is among the top 5 American stars at least.
