That statement carries a lot of weight. He's putting it on the same shelf as The Avengers

Dude, his daughter was in Unfabulous. Compared to TDK, Unfabulous is totally enlightening and is totally smart and stuff.
He's allowed to have his opinion, but this opinion kind of makes him seem a bit stupid.

Nah, it's totally not this incredibly dynamic psychological study of multiple characters and work perfectly as effective social and political allegory and plagued with a long list of moral conundrums posed to the characters.

It's rather like Iron Man in that way. They're both rich too!!!!!

I agree, "The Darkest Hour" on the other hand was one of the greatest portrayals of aliens, even more than "Alien".

But it does read like someone's a bit disappointed about not getting included in the rises cast.

I disagree with Eric Roberts, I think this film transcends plain Hollywood entertainment and achieves something much more, unprecedented in a film of this budget. And that comes from someone who never was a Batman fan or generally a comic book fan. Nolan set the bar (at least my bar) for high budget Holloywood films with this one

:goNF: .
