only Nolan movie with romance?
Sarah Borden is a beautiful character, moving and fragile, maybe the most beautiful female character in all Nolan's filmography.
Nolan doesn't believe in love, he is a robot.

Has old Nolan really shown these relationships beyond just emotional links and plot devices, has he really bothered to show intense passion properly? It's probably not his style but hey, we could see it in the future.

I'm glad Nolan has shown true love and affection and how far one would go for it, in such an antagonistic and sometimes twisted point of view. Personal gain clouds judgement quite often when doing something out of love.
When Rachel died in TDK..I applauded. But when Alfred kept her letter from Bruce to read, I kinda raged.

Romance and tragedy go together. Death makes romance more powerful. Anyway... is this romantic enough for you?schrutey69 wrote:No, think about it, it's one of Nolan's flaws, in every movie he does. He usually kills of the women just like that.
