Yeah, that's what I think too!
I think she could make the difference between them in the sens that she knew when he loved her and when he didn't but that's all. I don't think she would have been that much upset when Alfred-B told her "I don't love you. Not today" if she knew they were 2 different persons. Because she would have known that Alfred-A was the one who loved her.

If she figured it out, then I think it's only before hanging up herself, I don't see any other moments...

I agree. She couldn't stand living with him because he thought magic was just as important as her. When she says to Alfred 'You don't mean it today etc' she thinks that that is the other side of Alfred that likes magic more than her, not that that's his brother. Otherwise she'd have:

1. left him when she found out. or
2. she'd have asked the one she loved to stay as Alfred and not the magician. (unless if that Alfred was the one she disliked which is unlikely because he wouldn't have shown affection back to her)

She might have found out later on and that might have been the main reason for hanging herself. But it's unlikely that she knew up until that moment.

I think she knew as well.
But there's two aspects here: (1)Which twin loved Sarah? (2)Which twin did Sarah love?

Remember the scene when Sarah told Borden that she's pregnant? I think that Borden is the one she really loved. Sarah could always sort of tell them apart, so why choose the day to tell the news when she thought Borden didn't love her? Why asked that particular twin whether he loved her or not on the last day...was it coincidence or deliberate?
So maybe the twin Sarah loved wasn't the twin that loved her?

And if the twin Sarah loved was also the one that loved her, then there was the possibility that she killed herself because she suspected Jess' actual father might not be the twin that love her/that she loved (the horror!). She tried to ask but soon realized she would never know the truth because the twins would never admit they're two different people.
