I can't really pick one scene, I just love the movie so much as a whole.

The final scene, the confrontation. Just wonderful cinema and powerfully acted. I have never been so engrossed by a scene in a film as much as this one.
The end, The Real Transported Man and when Borden ties the guard.
The ending, as soon as Borden said "Are you watching closely?".
