Batman Tops Best Superhero Movies List

I absolutely loved Begins, TDK was a bit too bleak for my liking but I have high hopes for This TDKR.
I found a list of Top 5 best superhero films here. Batman of course is #1

Hey, decent list. Also, looks like you're new here. Just a heads up; the moderators like to keep threads directly on topic and as limited as possible, especially on TDKR forum. So something like this would work better over in the Batman Begins forum (and I wouldn't be surprised if a mod moved it over there).

The Shadow is #5?
How did any of those films beat out the Dark Knight, which isn't even on the list?
That is just sad.

The shadow is underrated at least The Phantom didn't make the list
