Does anyone else want to move to "Nightmute" AKA Squamish?

Every time I watch this movie, I wish I lived where it was filmed. I don't know, but it has a very peaceful, small-town vibe to it. Beautiful visuals. Does anyone else want to live in Squamish? Kinda odd that it's not actually filmed in Nightmute. The original Rambo was filmed there too; I recognized familiar locations in both.
