You keep saying interviews, but I got the impression that these people wrote these for Empire. For instance this says by Robin Williams.

Yeah I guess its a little nit-picky, but I found that the fact these articles were actually written by the people closest to the projects is what made them so enjoyable. Seeing an interview of Williams holds less interest for me than an article written by him and likely would for others as well.
