I have the 2 disc limited edition of Memento.
I love the director's commentary track but, for some reason, I 'm not able to listen the version 2 and 3. Just the "real one" (version 4) and the reversed.
I red in some websites that it runs randomly and it supose that when you re-load or eject the disc it 's possible that change.
But my dvd player has some kind of memory that make impossible to re-load no matter how many time I eject the disc.
I red the entire manual and did't find any clue.
Is there some other way to listen the different commentaries?

Most modern DVD players will remember the last few DVDs that were played by it. It depends on the player about how many discs it will remember, but it probably won't be more then 4.
If you ejected the Memento disc and tried to reload it again, it won't. Because it remembers where the disc was when you ejected it. It does not matter how many times you eject and inserts the disc, because it is still the same disc that your player recognises. Now as I said, a normal DVD player would probably not recognise more then 4 discs.
What you probably need to do is insert some other discs. Make sure that Memento is not one of the last 4 discs your player recognises. It will reset it's memory and you can start over.

The only thing you have to know is how many discs your player remembers and make sure Memento isn't one of them. Then you can start over.
