It's like Pink's new song called "Funhouse", its refrain says:

Don't you think she's singing about Gotham? Gotham used to be a "funhouse", a good place, but now it's full of "evil clowns" (I think this is pretty self-explanatory ), and she even mentions Alfred's quote about that burglar in Burma: "I'm gonna burn it [Gotham] down", so this is the only way to catch that burglar (and the Joker) - you know, to "burn the forest down".

Alright, that's highly unlikely that she sings about Gotham, but that refrain is still interesting
