Apparently, Memento will be screened @ 11 selected theaters in North America on Feb 17th. And the taped Q&A session from the Egyptian Theater will also be featured. Here's the list of theaters inside the link:

Damn,I would so love being there because Memento is my favorite film of all time and of course favortie Nolan film :(

Looks really damn good IMHO. The colors on the original Blu-ray were very dull. They've corrected that with the new release. The transfer is also less compressed than the original Blu-ray.
