Man of Steel is "now in Zack Snyder's Hands" as TDKR nears

Emma Thomas said in an interview that they are now handing Superman over to Zack Snyder as the production of TDKR nears. Soon Nolan and his crew will be busy working on the next Batman sequel, probably won't be able to keep an eye on the Superman project all the time. http://blogs.indiewire.com/thep...

Re: Question about objectivity in movies...

As for the mathematical part... I still believe that the technical part of a movie is in someway "mathematical" because there are things that can't be interpretable only if you are some kind of a weirdo who thinks that worse clarity means a better photography or something like that ... which is ROF...

Re: Question about objectivity in movies...

Another way of being objective is when you compare let's say 2001: A space Odyssey with Avatar... Re: The Movie Stills Thread

I don't get what the point of this thread is? Spam to increase your post count or something? Well, any great movie needs to have memorable images. A movie still is a great way to convey the general mood of a film. Also it's a nice way to examine the quality of a film: direction, mise-en-scène, cine...

Re: No Country for Old Men - a Contemporary Masterpiece

Sorry if my review of this film is too long (it's an excerpt of an even longer version for university), but it deserves more recognition. :) If you haven't seen it already, go see it now. I promise you will be thrilled and entertained. _____________________ Vote for the film in Nolanfans Director Co...
