Re: Inherent Vice (2014)
Thanks for the videos, Allstar! Katherine is intoxicating. I became a Waterstonian before the first trailed ended. She is amazing, have you seen her in The Babysitters? Stunning. http://www.hollywood-elsewhere.com/images/column/nova14/xvicescreener.jpg.pagespeed.ic.wJJto2vghO.jpg Leaking soon??? Was...

Re: Interstellar Box Office Predictions
I doubt it will pass Inception. It is dropping much faster than Inception or Gravity did and it made less than these movies in the opening weekend.

Re: Quentin Tarantino's 'The Hateful Eight' (2015)

Re: Quentin Tarantino's 'The Hateful Eight' (2015)
Because I don't think he's a good actor. His performance in Reservoir Dogs is decent but I didn't thought he was good in Kill Bill. Oh I agree he is not really a good actor but Tarantino makes it work with him in his films and he is a good fit. So I am not too concerned about him being in this movie.

Re: What are Interstellar's Flaws?
No. My envisioned ideal ending would be a slight reworking of Cooper seeing Cooper Station far off in the distance, floating in space towards it. We don't know if he's rescued, but it doesn't matter. We'd see on his face an extraordinary look of optimism. The plan worked, humanity is on the path of...

Re: Interstellar Box Office Predictions
...but I fear Joe Moviegoer sees Interstellar and simply makes the reductive statement, "It wasn't as good as Gravity ." Yeah in that sense I think Gravity sort of took the wind out of Interstellar's sails. The comparisons are inevitable and I fear that given how many Oscars Gravity was nominated f...
