I attended a surprise screening today and got the pleasure to see Arrival 10 days prior to it's german release. From the list of 10 movies that could've been shown, this was the one I wanted to see the most. I'm not gonna repeat the stuff other people have said about it, except that it was very good...

I'm still hoping for this movie to have a sick twist in the middle or so, where all this boringly random sci-fi-stuff gets dumped in favor of a less predictable story. Probably not gonna happen.
