I think it's rather telling that he (Cameron) hasn't comeback and put himself back into the directional chair regarding this franchise.

Nah,Roger Stone is more Penguin. Anyway,I'm getting slight Dick Tracy vibes from this film.
Pretty sure it wont be comedic,though.
