this is one of those things where people will hate it now because they don't like change but in 10 years it'll be regarded as one of the best of the saga by critics and fans alike.

once people digest it as a part of the canon instead of something infringing on the canon, people will come around.

And yet you do notice the difference between something shot on an arri alexa with a DI of 2K or something on film finished photochemically and remastered in 4K. Perhaps it's not as important as one would argue but it is noticeable. I mean, why else would Nolan even bother to shoot Dunkirk entirely ...

I have watched first two episodes. Will watch more tomorrow. Not as tight already as Season 1.
