Tom Hardy as Bane

I honestly don't think it has anything to do with having a "voice against the minority" (And I really don't think a fuckin' fan site is worth all the nonconformist sentiment. You're not fighting the man, man.). I think it mostly has to do with the fact that your opinions on Bane are informed only b...

Tom Hardy as Bane

So if someone voices against the majority, they should just "shut up and leave." Yes, let's just all line up in the conformity line, ask no questions, and march to the epic slogan: ALL HAIL NOLAN! I honestly don't think it has anything to do with having a "voice against the minority" (And I really ...

[SPOILERS] TDKR 6-minute IMAX prologue

Looks like I'll be hitting the Indiana State Museum in December. Only about an hour and a half drive. It'd be nice if Cincinnati's theater would be showing it (as I'd rather spend the day in Cincy/a 30-45 minute drive), but that is beyond doubtful.

TDKR 6-minute IMAX prologue-countdown!

If it wasn't being presented as a description of the prologue, and instead just a sequence (or a series of shorter sequences) from the flick I might be more apt to buy it. But considering that the prologue is going to be six or seven minutes long, I don't know, as others have said, if all of that c...

Cartoons

Any more Invader Zim fans? I, myself, find that show genius. Zim is in my top 5 when it comes to Nicktoons. I think it probably belonged on MTV. It would certainly have worked better on Nick in the mid 90s or even today on, say, Cartoon Network. And not even in its Adult Swim block. Now that CN has...

What song are you listening to right now?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVkHD3Wxhps I honestly believe everything The Black Eyed Peas have done since 2003 has been one giant, escalating exercise in trolling. Using selling out to do exactly what they railed against in their early work and be all tongue-in-cheek and shit. It's what I choose ...

what actors do you wish Nolan would work with in the future?

In my perfect world Nolan would work with a couple of the actors I see great potential in, but haven't been attached to a big project with a script that allows them to shine. Guys like Ryan Reynolds (more people need to see Buried , yo) and Justin Timberlake (as fantastic as he is in The Social Netw...

Welcome to the forums!

So from what I can tell this is y'all's general discussion/introductions thread? Yeah? Good. So on to my introduction: Sup. Nelson is my username. I'm a film buff and a Nolan fan, and this site's name certainly fit with the latter and by way of the latter the former. So I joined. Now here I am. Huzz...
