There is one other detail I noticed. Why does Yusef appear to write on the wall before take-off? Is he marking reality? He pushed a button that reclined his seat. I did notice the customs uniforms was a little bit different...the agent that is letting Cobb through has a way higher rank than the sec...

In my opinion Saito and Cobb had the "stare" of a lost mind in Limbo. They both have one eye thats darker than the other. And when Cobb is back on the plane, he puts on that same "stare" to remind Saito of what they just went through. I gamma'd them up a bit, but I clearly see that one eye is darker...
ONE thing
The shot of the watch is simply upside down. No big deal. Cobb's psychological totem is the faces of his kids. And seeing their faces overshadowed any creeping doubts when he came back home, so he simply ignored the top in the end.
