Re: Diary: A NolanFans Story

Good! Just keep on going. And try not to obsess too much about how much you might lose in x amount of weeks/months. If you eat a bit healthier and sweat your ass off at least a few times a week in the gym, you will notice difference sooner or later. You might not see it YOURSELF so quickly when you...

Get yo ass back in the gym AhmadAli95 ;)
I did a cardio session (HIIT) yesterday at the gym after not being able to go for two months because of a paint job and getting the common cold twice in a month. It felt so good!

You're middle eastern right? Brown mama's love making that rice and those creamy curries. Yup  The worst days is when makes a rice dish like Biryani or Kabsa (Google it lol) or pasta. There’s just no way to be satisfied with a healthy serving. Must prepare the salads and down everything with d...

Re: Diary: A NolanFans Story

I do. I actually do well and count my calories during the day but then I ruin everything during the evening. Breakfast and lunch are quite healthy I think, but dinner is tricky. I live with my mom so she takes care of it but it’s hard to count and stay on track when the food varies every day.

Re: Diary: A NolanFans Story

But my indulgence is standing in the way of my fitness journey. Until a month ago, I used to go to the gym four times a week and I think I did well performance wise but I didn’t see any notable changes because of my eating habits. Feel bad > eat bad > feel better temporarily > feel bad again because...

Re: Teaser/Trailer #1

I think it’s the right thing to do (if it is indeed what has happened). It would’ve been insensitive. And it could be not just what’s in the trailer but terrorism could be a plot point / story point.

Re: Diary: A NolanFans Story

Fuck! I think food might be the most exciting thing about my day right now, so how the hell am I supposed to ever clean up my diet? Like there’s nothing emotionally satisfying in my life right now. No friends to talk to or hang out with, no exciting projects to work on. Nothing

Oh, I think European countries got Dunkirk a bit earlier than the US.
Yup. To be honest, I don't really understand how all of this (distribution) works.

Re: Teaser/Trailer #1

Well, most countries here got Dunkirk a week later than the US (Except for Egypt - they got it July 21).

But yeah. H&S first showings here were actually on Wednesday July 31.

Re: Teaser/Trailer #1

I agree. But I feel left out and I hate that feeling. The American audience is always the priority (Made by an American studio, so of course...)
