Just watched Birdman to see what all the hoopla was about, I appreciate its ambition, filming stlye, jazz drumming score was nothing spectacular, plot was kind of weak, I get the themes and little conflicts in the story but didn't really grab my attention..the acting was the best part of the movie, ...

I was lucky enough to have the Interstellar encore show here in my city in the Liemax theater, so it was my 5th and final viewing and all 5 viewings were accompanied by my wife, who also is a big fan of the movie, so in the end it was 3 liemax and 2 70mm real imax shows. I expect some news on a new film by maybe spring/summer of this year, maybe a bigger break this time around, hope not. I hope its something original again, maybe smaller scale..a dark gritty western would be cool, I think a nolan film for summer 2016 is almost to late, so maybe another fall release ...

Lookin like no re-release, kind of a bummer, I think it would do great business in a rerelease, I know lots of people who have yet to see it want to see it in theater, I find the movie gets better with multiple viewings.
