Is that a sequel to The Passion of the Christ?
It's a spin-off centering around Bowie's Pilate in The Last Temptation of Christ training Ted Neeley's Jesus from Jesus Christ Superstar to be a bounty hunter.

Djesus Uncrucified.

The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

Fuuuuuuuck, what happened to 2012 being the best year for films? These are just the primers. The real stuff is yet to come. Dominik, Anderson, Spielberg, Tarantino, Nolan, Russell, Bigelow, A. Lee, Mendes, both Disney and Pixar, McDonagh, maybe even Zemeckis, Affleck, Burton and Hooper will all bri...

Prometheus (2012)

My issues with the cinematography are a personal preference. I think that digital photography rarely hits a level that is comparable to film. Whilst I think Wolski does nice things, much of it is largely derivative of what Vanlint achieved in Alien , in terms of the ship interiors and building suspe...

Prometheus (2012)

Why? Because I'm judging the film on its (few) merits, rather than just buying into the hype generated by the marketing machine?

Prometheus (2012)

People who are complaining that the film is a turd because it provides no answers are way off the mark. This film does the opposite. It poses no serious or genuinely interesting questions, and just provides answer after answer. All of them unimaginative. Cribbing from Alien 's designs and plot eleme...

Iron Man 3 (2013)

Still, got to be better than Libatique's super-dull work on the franchise. I usually expect more from Libatique. I guess Aronofsky brings the best out in Libatique and vice versa. I quite like some of his multi-cam work with Spike Lee (there are some really neat shots in Inside Man , for instance),...

Django Unchained (2012)

Robert Richardson would typically guarantee me buying a ticket (except for Eat, Pray, Love ), but there's just so much to like here. Could well be DiCaprio's best avenue to Oscar. Inglourious Basterds was pretty much a masterpiece, so I'm very much looking forward to seeing how this comes together. ...
