Re: How many mistakes did you find in Inception?

1.) The deeper they go into the sleep, the fiercer the kick has to be, so rolling around isn't as 'pure' a sense of falling/balance as going off a bridge, but more of a thrashing around. But also, they can withstand kicks. This is proven when he drives off the bridge and they say they missed the ki...

Re: How many mistakes did you find in Inception?

The only one I can't completely explain away is that they were planting charges on the snow level when they didn't technically have an explained reason to at that point in time. To create the kick. the sensation of falling or dying or whatever. The problem is... 1. When Yusuf makes that powerful mi...

Re: After B3: What type of movie(budget)?

Yeah because it just released last year. What did? Inception, haha. He's said that he'll make big budget films as long as he can because he realizes you don't always get the opportunity to, and he's scared he won't be able to in the future, so for now, I'd expect him to continue doing big films.

What's everybody's top 25 films of all time?

I know, I know, a difficult, troubling, brain imploding question, but I ask you all please to try. Feel free to include any favorite writers, directors, cinematographers, and so on. For the sake of simplicity, just bunch trilogies together so if you love LotR and Star Wars like me, half your list is...

They conveniently include most of my famous films. My others don't really include famous directors, like Sam Mendes for American Beauty. I didn't mean you, you listed more than 7 ;) Im talking about the OP. btw. Sam Mendes is pretty well known. I'm like Eames, math's never been my strong subject :l...

Re: Name Your Fave Film From Each of These Directors

Why only those 7 directors? They conveniently include most of my famous films. My others don't really include famous directors, like Sam Mendes for American Beauty. I also hate The Coens to death, and while appreciating Hitchcock's mastery of direction, find his scripts often lacking and full of lo...

Re: what is christopher nolan weakness as a director??

While I do not think he has many weaknesses, there are some flaws that show up occasionally I guess. 1) Hand-To-Hand combat: These scenes have always been tough in Nolan's films, especially in Batman Begins (IMO). However, he did improve a lot and had excellent hand-to-hand in Inception, so he is t...
