What was the last movie you've watched?

8 usually means he really liked the movie but found a couple problems, nothing to really deter enjoyment of the film, id rate it 9/10 but thats just me Yeah, a few small problems but overall Children Of Men is a fantastic film, worthy of multiple viewings and a place in anyone's personal favorites....

Your Home Theater Setup

I was going to start a post just asking people what his/her setup is at home, but Chee, ever persistant on locking all my new threads () probably would prefer me to just ask everyone here! Currently: The life of a poor college student isn't awesome. I'm running my Vizio XVT473SV LED, and aside ...

What was the last movie you've watched?

28 Weeks Later has no plot, no characters, and is essentially a mindless action film. The script is nothing but one dues ex machina piled on top of another. Bleh.

Aaron Eckhart hints at a Two-Face return?

I'm not going to argue that Two-Face is alive, I think he's dead. But that quote above was actually in reference to Batman, not Harvey Dent. It works both ways. Dent was a hero, but became a villain, and Batman is a hero, but will know be viewed as a villain in Gotham. That's the beauty of the line...

Jane Eyre (2011)

I trust what critics say more than my impressions from the trailers for quite a few reasons, the main one being that trailers usually misrepresent the film based on what demographic the trailer was built for.

What was your favorite scene from inception?

I was extraordinarily emotionally invested into Inception, I honestly don't get how anyone couldn't be.

Memento 10th Anniversary Blu-Ray by Lionsgate

I don't mean to be rude but I just don't think this re-release is worth the hype. The picture hasn't imporoved that greatly so I think I will just stick with my Sony copy of the film. I remember the Memento bd was one of the first I saw and I thought it barely looked better than dvd.. compared to T...

Favorite Cinematography?

Deakins vs. Pfister the other night, and how neither compares to the cinematography of many of Kubrick's films. Don't get me wrong, 2001 was shot beautifully, and I'll give credit where credits due. The effects were marvelous even by todays standards, the editing was brilliant, the script...
