Is there any particular reason why this movie was never released on blu-ray?

...So, do they? Why wouldn't they? It doesn't say it comes with a digital copy like most blu-rays do, and I know it said they did back when it was the steel book being released with The Dark Knight Rises, so since that's gone do they still come with the digital copies even though it doesn't say so?
