Re: Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Damn, every time I hit Submit, another post comes up. That was epic. I thought the first 40 minutes or so were kinda all over the place, felt rushed at times and too slow at others. But after that the three hours flew by and I loved pretty much every second of it. It's definitely flawed though and i...

Re: Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Impressions after first viewing is: barely above mediocre.

No real stand-out moments that I can immediately and vividly recall, even though I saw it only moments ago.

Re: Untitled Nolan Film - General Information/Discussion/Speculation

Oh, y'all meant poster. I guess that I took it for granted that it's obviously not a poster: a poster can't just be nothing but black background with white text. I was thinking more that it could be a banner or a website for the movie that WB would be launching, like how dunkirkmovie.com was similar...

Re: Untitled Nolan Film - General Information/Discussion/Speculation

So, there was some "art" floating around on 4chan, but I highly doubt it's real. ... annnnd now I can't find it. EDIT: Found it. http://boards.4channel.org/tv/thread/113262026 Someone commented that it's real. I... I don't know. Probably not. Reasons to buy this: 1. There has never been a feature f...

Re: Avengers: Endgame (2019)

1. Has any reputable site run a story on this purported conflict/drama? 2. Is there any actual proof of the Twitter unfollowing, which is the only 'concrete' (relatively speaking) evidence that has been brought up? They could have just simply never been following each other. Until either one of thes...

Re: Dark Phoenix (2019)

Yeah, the marketing for this peaked with the February trailer:

Every piece of footage/trailer that they've shown since then has been lower in quality.

Oh well; I'll always have that February trailer, I guess.

Miss Bala (2019): https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5941692/

Between The Mule (2018) and now this, apparently Mexican cartel movies are my Kryptonite.

I did have to suspend my disbelief heavily, but it was such a thrill ride that I didn't mind.

Re: Disney+'s The Mandalorian

There has to be a catch, like there being a ton of filler in between all the cool stuff, or a huge portion of the show re-using the same sets or something. Because the economics of this is too good to be true: multiple hours of cinema-quality Star Wars, not for theaters, not for TV, but for web stre...

Re: Bond 25 (2020)

At this point, may as well just push it back to November 2020 or whatever.

What's the rush? Are the producers' bonuses tied to an April 2020 deadline or something?
