Pfister will direct his first ever film

A thought just hit me... what if Wally is too busy with this film when it comes time for Nolan's next project? :eh: Nolan will wait... I guess it all depends on when Nolan plans to shoot his next movie. If Nolan was to do another movie shot in Summer '13 then I don't think it would be a p...

Pfister will direct his first ever film

So excited! I've been hoping this would happen for a while now. Plus, the script is by a new screenwriter, so it will be cool to see what he has to offer as well.

Gordon calls him 'The Batman'

It doesn't mean anything. He's just referring to him as "The Batman" Agreed. I don't think how the hero is referred to is indicative of any particular themes or motifs. But what calling him 'the Batman' undoubtedly achieves is a realistic portrayal of a mythical vigilante. 'The Batman' makes him an...

Gordon calls him 'The Batman'

Anyone notice how through out the series, all the villians call him 'the Batman' while all the good guys call him 'Batman'? I love this little detail Nolan and writers put into in. Then the teaser for TDKR comes out and Gordon is on a hospital bed and says 'The Batman has to come back.' This concern...

Hans Zimmer's TDKR Soundtrack

I can not wait for this soundtrack. I get goosbumps when I hear the chant and the drums accompany it and at the end of the second trailer, the batman's theme with more intense drums choked me up. I can't get enough of BB and TDK soundtracks, so This next one is going to be so tense and emotional tha...

Which trailer did you like?

Both were kind of underwhelming, the prologue however was incredible. Did you see the prologue before or after you saw the trailers? I mean, I'm assuming you saw the teaser before the prologue at least. I just want to know if you think seeing one before the other maybe set your expectations at diff...

Which trailer did you like?

TehBatGetsBraked wrote:First one captured the atmosphere of the film better I think.
I think the first one capture the emotional feel the film will have. Dark, depressing and such. The second one was more atmosphered based.

Which trailer did you like?

Probably the first one. The glimpse of Bane and Batman getting ready to fight in the Batcave(?) is just a brilliant image and it was such a huge tease. The biggest tease so far. I've watched those 3 seconds of footage probably 100 times over the last few months. It's addictive. That scene was intim...
