I probably would have gotten someone more glamorous for eye candy. The thing is that Nolan didn't want a glamorous woman to distract from the storyline. Apparently, she was exactly who he wanted and she did a superb job acting. It's all about the story, not about fan service...

I would love to see another Inception movie as long as it was a prequel and that it would be just as unique, dramatic and suspenseful as the first one without being a cash in (aka sequel crap). Sadly, this would be a nearly impossible feat, but hey, I can dream can't I?

Metal Gear Solid was the first thing that I thought of when the snow fortress level scene began playing. I wonder if Nolan ever played that game or got any inspiration from it for that scene.
