Re: The Batman (2021)

Keaton and Bale both played up the lunacy inherent to the character, via the former’s live-wire, comedic predilections or the latter’s intensity (essentially turning the Batman persona into an emotional venting mechanism.) It’s the reason why they worked for me in a way Affleck didn’t. He wasn’t ba...

Re: The Batman (2021)

He might be an """okay""" actor, I just don't think he has that Bruce Wayne roughness. And he's not intimidating AT ALL. Sue me. New Leto-Joker situation. https://i.imgur.com/VgQqqiB.png They can milk his pretty boy persona to the fullest this time. And it will help to increase the number of female...

Re: The Batman (2021)

How does that affect his accuracy of reporting in any way The accuracy of his reports mostly comes down to "I heard a thing from one guy, who heard a thing from another guy". He's like that clown Daniel Richtman, who actually started asking people to pay for his scoops on Patreon, and then couple o...

https://twitter.com/TheInSneider/status/1129495812650676224 That Sneider guy is a joke and he has some real anger management issues. Don't trust him. He broke the news about Pattinson being in Nolan's film and it was confirmed the next day. The guy is pretty trustworthy. He also has a mind of a pet...

Re: The Batman (2021)

Y’know, everything I’ve seen of Hamm outside of Mad Men suggests... otherwise :? Oh, really? Hmm... So if we go by that logic, then, everything we had seen of Downey Jr. before IM (Gothika, Shaggy Dog) also tells a different story than what we're seeing now with him. Or Chris Evans, even a better e...

Re: The Batman (2021)

It's good that he's a young actor. He still has a career ahead of himself. I never liked the idea of casting a forty-year-old Batman in a franchise that is meant to last long. Unless it's Jon Hamm, of course, because Jan Hamm would be the greatest Batman ever. But Patt is a nice choice, anyway.

Re: Untitled Matrix Film (TBD)

I never really understood why the third one is regarded as one of the worst sequels ever made. Yeah, sure, I first saw it when was a kid, so maybe my nostalgia blinds me, but I can't for the love of god see how critics can say that Revolution is a terrible ending for the series while those same crit...

Re: Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019)

Multiverse is an important part of the Marvel Comics universe. No it's not. This is Marvel, not DC. Friend, you're not going to school me on them comics. Multiverse of the Marvel Comics is on the same level of importance as DC's. One can argue it's far more important to Marvel than DC, because in M...
