NF Reviews/Reactions Only

I have seen TDKR once and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I'm a huge Nolan fan since MEMENTO but in my opinion TDKR is his weakest film. Nevertheless, it's an ok super hero movie compared to others. However, compared to its two predecessors, it's just disappointing. I have written my first sp...

My MEMENTO review

I think that is what we all can look forward to, even Nolan himself. Don't get me wrong, the Batman films are fantastic but I'm dying to see some new, original ideas in different theme and scale.

My MEMENTO review

Hi everybody, I would like to share my MEMENTO review with you. It is in German, though. But as I learned with my INCEPTION analysis ( http://www.nolanfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=3254 ), there are German people here and also people who use the google translation. So have a look if you like:...

Re: Inception: Interpretation

Thank you so much for your replies! Yes, I have considered going through the web again and writing a new article about further thoughts some day but at the moment there is little spare time and there are so many films to watch! I have just released my review on Aronofsky's BLACK SWAN, which in my op...

Re: The Overuse of Existing Songs In Almost Every Movie

I have to disagree. If the song in some way is relevant to the writer or the director for the story, then it makes sense to be put in no matter how old it is.

Take Tarantino and his sound tracks, for instance.

And really, what does the age of a song say about its quality at all? ;)

Re: Inception: Interpretation

Hi Rob! ;) Danke for your feedback! There are so many theories out there, even today I learned some new. That's the great thing about the film. And as I posted today in one of the comments: I think in the end Nolan plays with the fact that a film is a film, no matter if we think we saw reality or dr...

Inception: Interpretation

Hi folks, today I have posted my analysis of Nolan's new masterpiece on my film blog. Actually, it is based on several theories I found in various communities, adding my thoughts and interpretations to it. Unfortunately, it is written in German but maybe there are people on this board who speak Germ...

Re: the equipment

Hi everybody, this is my first post to this forum, and maybe I can help with that question. I don't recall the documentation, but I guess that he has something like a Sony DV Watchman. With this, he can receive the output signal of the camera that goes to the video operator as well (where the monito...
