Although it's a pretty good film, its no masterpiece
I'm still baffled how a Tyler Perry version of a Twilight Zone episode is getting so much attention.

How did you flip the shot of the Moonstone sailing by the destroyer and keep the "036"?

And any thoughts/speculations as to why that shot was flipped in the final film?
It's called an alternate take.

Re: Do you think he will work with Christian Bale again??

Most definitely they'll reunite someday. But I think they'll wait until the nostalgia for TDK builds even more and then they'll make a big event out of it. : "Bale and Nolan together again!" Perhaps in another action film, perhaps in a thriller. Maybe Bale will finally play a villain for Nolan. But...

Re: Nolan's next film after Dunkirk

Everyone's thinking big (budget and scale) and with good reason, but for some reason I think he'll make a relatively "small" film akin to The Prestige and Insomnia next. I'm not sure why I think this but I get this nagging feeling Nolan will pick something completely out of left field. Personally, ...

Re: Dunkirk Official Reviews Discussion

but when the soldiers are drinking tea it's apparently too much to ask to have their cups filled with actual tea and not empty. so many shots of soldiers pretending to drink from empty cups. lmao. i actually noticed this too. it was way indeed obvious. The Talia death scene and air punches came to ...

Re: Dunkirk Official Reviews Discussion

There's so much stupid an unnecessary stuff in this movie, I don't even know where to begin. I'm still kinda shocked it doesn't have more negative reviews. This was Worse than Dark Knight Rises on so many levels. What did you find unnecessary? Little things and big things. For one, the guy having t...
