Who is the third villain in TDK?

It has to make money, and it has to be critically acclaimed. If those things happen, I don't see why he wouldn't get a nomination. So far, what are the other big movies coming out this year, David Rusell's the Fighter, Malicks tree of life, Wall Street 2 (of which I have heard some bad things)...any...

The only way I can imagine that is if post B3 someone else (maybe aronovsky) to do a gotham central movie or something....

Back in the day (before TDK) I really wanted the third one to be called Dark Victory and adapt the Jeph Loeb story. Now, I'm just not feeling robin being not totally rediculous......

Never read it, but that certainly does sound like a good choice.
