I think Harvey should have stayed Harvey for the Dark Knight and just corrupted after the credits or something. Too much arc for two and a half hours in my opinion.

I'd say it might be a new car. More sporty than the Tumbler. He's been driving the Lamborghini for two films now so I could see that having an influence.

Goes to show that he knows what he's working with and not just winging it.

I think when you have a film as univerally successful as The Dark Knight the idea of a sequel can be very scary. It could taint the whole series.
