Re: Halloween Kills (2020) / Halloween Ends (2021)

Yeah it's great to see a GOOD horror resurgence and I'll be for both of those day one... but in terms of slasher, Halloween has been the only one to be successfully resurrected. Candyman is coming next year so that would make two. We've got a pretty decent Slasher series on Netflix, a horrible Screa...

Re: Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

I know that they're going with a sequel to T2 and omitting the entire existence of 3, Salvation and Genishit. I'm just saying, Edward doesn't have a screen presence anymore. I'd much rather see Bale return, even though naturally it was always impossible considering they're skipping the sequels. What...

Re: Netflix's The Witcher

I never played the games myself, I did not read the books, I only saw the old Polish TV-series/Movie. So far, judging only by the trailer, I'm not really convinced with this, because it didn't show me any stakes, it didn't inform me about the plot and I still don't know what's going on. I have no id...

Re: Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

Yeah, it doesn't get me excited. I'd much rather see Bale return. But considering how the movie begins it's interesting how they're going to find a way to include John in the film.

Re: HBO's Game of Thrones

There's also the fact that people who read the spoilers for the least 3 episodes gave the lowest possible ratings to those episodes to drag down the average grade on websites like Imdb, which is just such childish and infantile behaviour. But it's just a TV show so people giving it low scores on th...

Re: IT: Chapter Two (2019)

Looks solid... The sequence with mirrors might be really scary and that's what I really want for this sequel to improve on the first one. I liked everything else but the scares could have hit harder.

Re: Jay and Silent Bob Reboot (2019)

Looks pretty terrible but I'll see it. Smith said he has three Batmen in the film. So far we've seen Kilmer and *cough*notbatman*cough* Affleck. I guess the third one will be Conroy. I doubt he'd get either Bale, Clooney or even Keaton for this. I guess Clooney might have done a favor to Damon but I...

Re: Top 10 Movies of 2019... so far

If I counted documentaries and miniseries with features then Apollo 11 and Chernobyl would have been easily on top of my 2019 list.

Re: Top Gun: Maverick (2020)

Zimmer and Feltmayer are composers for the film, Danger Zone will be included and Kosinsky is the director (TRON and Oblivion both had amazing scores) so you do the math.

Re: Top Gun: Maverick (2020)

This will have a kickass score, though.
