The American Society of Cinematography (ASC) have reported that Hoyte van Hoytema is currently prepping for Christopher Nolan’s next feature. Van Hoytema previously worked with Nolan in 2014 on Interstellar, which earned him several nominations and a Bafta win. Hopefully this is the beginning of another long-term collaboration ala Hans Zimmer, who is confirmed to score Dunkirk if you haven’t already heard.

It appears the rumors from Christmas day have forced Warner Bros. to announce details of Christopher Nolan’s next film, which will be titled Dunkirk. The news broke exclusively via Variety this afternoon, and has already quickly spread across the net. According to the report, the film will be from Nolan’s own original screenplay, but based around actual events. Rumors from insiders speculate that yet-to-be cast unknown teens will lead the ensemble cast, with Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, and Kenneth Branagh to fill out the ensemble.
