Prologue for Christopher Nolan’s Tenet Coming Soon to IMAX

Well, we’re making pretty solid assumptions about that last part of the headline. According to Filmratings.com a prologue for Christopher Nolan’s Tenet has recently been rated PG-13. That’s right, there is going to be an early release prologue for Tenet! The publication cited “violence and intense action” as the reason for the PG-13 rating in this week’s Rating Bulliten. No details have been posted about what movie this prologue will be attached to, how long it will be, or what theaters would get it. But going off tradition, we suspect it will be exclusive to IMAX theaters.

Christopher Nolan and Others Team Up to Make Filmmaker Mode on UHD TVs

Christopher Nolan, Martin Scorsese, James Cameron, and J.J. Abrams join a coalition of filmmakers, studios, and electronics manufacturers to introduce a new UHD TV setting called Filmmaker Mode. The UHD Alliance also brings together filmmakers like Ryan Coogler, Patty Jenkins, Rian Johnson, M. Night Shyamalan, Paul Thomas Anderson, Ava DuVernay, Judd Apatow, Ang Lee, Reed Moreno, and the Duffer Brothers to back the setting which is aimed at preserving the filmmaker’s vision on consumer displays. Hollywood studios like Warner Bros. and Universal, as well as electronics manufacturers like LG, Panasonic and Vizio will additionally lend support to Filmmaker Mode.

Christopher Nolan’s July 2020 Film is Titled Tenet, Filming Underway

Variety revealed today that Christopher Nolan’s next film will be titled Tenet.¬†Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Kenneth Branagh will join John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, and Elizabeth Debicki. Tenet¬†will be an original action epic “evolving from the world of international espionage.”
