The Dark Knight Rises TV Spots Air On ‘Idol’ And ‘Mod Fam’

UPDATED: Two new TV Spots for The Dark Knight Rises aired tonight during American Idol and Modern Family. They’re said to contain new footage not seen in the previous trailers. I wouldn’t know because I am avoiding these things like the black death. But if you’re not crazy like me, check it out:

What has me most excited about these two clips is that you can see bits of humor throughout them. It may not be laugh out loud moments like in The Avengers, but im glad there are lighter moments throughout the film. From the previous trailers and previews it seemed like it was going to be completely dark and somber the whole way through.
