A Fire Will Rise On The New Poster For The Dark Knight Rises

A new poster for The Dark Knight Rises has been released via the film’s Official Facebook Page. The tagline warns that ‘A Fire Will Rise’ as Batman stands in front of a giant burning Bat Symbol formed out of crumbling buildings – ala the film’s first teaser poster. Check out the new hi-res poster below, and be sure to share your thoughts and excitement in the comments.

Jesus. Highly disappointed, especially after the brilliance of the first two posters. This is just lazy and horrible PS work. Rushed, for sure. Man, I was so looking forward to the unveiling of the “official” first poster. Also, is it just me, or is the fricking title off center?!?!?! Oh gee wilikers. However, it hasn’t thwarted my desire any more. I’m psyched about this film.

Uninspired, UNoriginal, and boring poster… Very disappointed. And they’ve even wiped out the white glow which was present in the two AWESOME previous teaser posters! Lame.
