Is anyone else having a hard time getting onto the Mind Crime website? I have Flashplayer, and I still get nothing when I get to the site. I’ve tried on about 5 different computers and still no luck. Any advice?

I don’t know if it’s just me but is that a face forming on the clouds? It kinda looks like it but then again I’m not wearing my glasses so…

You need to install a plugin. It promoted to me to install when I went on the page.

on December 16, 2009 at 9:18 am
Yeah, it looks like that, but who cares?:-D It’s still awesome! Way better than any of the Iron Man posters, for example.
on December 16, 2009 at 9:32 am
I’m still having issues with the site. I donwloaded the little Adobe Flashplayer deal on the upper left of the screen and I still get the “Done with Errors” message. Am I doing something wrong?
on December 16, 2009 at 10:16 am
I think it looks better than the Joker poster. Way better than those bland Iron Man 2 posters.
on December 16, 2009 at 11:28 am
@Josh I was having problems with that website yesterday. I’m not really sure what was causing it, probably because of yesterday’s high traffic. It may take a while for the game to appear. Just be patient.

I really can’t help it…lol: http://www.newsinfilm.com/2009/12/16/third-iron-man-2-has-completely-lost-me/

“Look no further than Warner Bros’ Inception than how this kind of thing is done to engage an audience.”
Yeah, he’s right
on December 16, 2009 at 1:37 pm
Wait, so the confession is that he admits he’s Iron Man? Is that what it is?
on December 16, 2009 at 2:59 pm
Great looking poster. I think it’s brilliant that they’re using The Dark Knight as one of the main selling points of the film. Not only do they reference TDK directly below the title, but (as ‘fux’ pointed out above) this poster looks strikingly similar the the TDK poster with Heath’s Joker standing in the middle of the street with his back facing us. I don’t see any way this wasn’t done intentionally. Great stuff.
I also really respect Nolan for not plastering his name all over the place on Inception trailers and posters like other insecure, less talented directors. He’s certainly earned the right to do so, but the fact that he chooses not to is very classy.

first of this poster looks great i agree with everyone the Iron Man 2 poster has nothing on Inception poster at all. but i still cant wait to see Iron Man 2 cause im a comic book fan.
anyway i have nothing a few interesting things about this poster nothing saying it have anything to do with the movie but you can make your own opinion anyway. but the pic of Leonardo DiCaprio in the poster look like Chris Nolan. the way he dress and the similar hair style.
on December 16, 2009 at 3:17 pm
Yeah, marky, it’s true that Leo looks a lot similar like Nolan
on December 16, 2009 at 3:41 pm
I like the Iron Man posters but this Inception poster rapes the Iron Man posters to hell and back.

is the city Chicago also i wonder why water has been part of the film i.e. the teaser had a glass of water and the bath full water.
i know water can spiritual in some culture. in Greek and Roman tradition “Water” is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science. It was commonly associated with the qualities of emotion and Intuition (knowledge).
on December 16, 2009 at 4:26 pm
Lots of water. Makes me wonder why Nolan would do such a thing, him and his weak bladder (he had to go to the bathroom twice during TDK).
on December 16, 2009 at 5:07 pm
@Chee
LMAO
on December 16, 2009 at 11:26 pm
Water is a very noir element. Inception is probably going to be noir-like, like most of Nolan’s other films.
on December 17, 2009 at 5:21 am
it’s not Chicago, I think it’s LA!
Remember the teaser there was a part dicaprio was in bath tub…
on December 17, 2009 at 7:47 am
@Inception
Yeah, I agree with you that it’s LA, because they were filming there, and not in Chicago:-D But if I remember well, on the LA set they made heavy rain, right? Maybe it has something to do with this flood…

I finally got on! Not exactly sure what to do. The paper on the desk stays blank. Nothing happens. Must be in the works. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see a whole new site after the xmas trailer comes out.

@Josh Are you using Private Browsing or have your cookies turn off?
I was using Private Browsing and had the same problem.

The inception website is working now
It’s a game
on December 17, 2009 at 11:05 am
@apw
No. Just a regular browser, It did have me download this 3d imaging thing. It took a bit for it to work. I left it up for a few seconds before it worked.
on December 17, 2009 at 2:05 pm
My first thought was that it looks very much like that Joker one-sheet from TDK. Thus far, it seems that WB’s campaign has been based on equating the film to TDK, which is not a bad move. Once the trailer is out and details start being made public, I think they’ll gradually move away from that and start building on the inevitably positive buzz that builds around Inception and its mystery.
