well i hope christopher nolan starts filming batman 3 soon by the time thats done we could expect new lego batman sets to come out in 2011 but good luck to christopher nolan on filming batman 3 for next year till it comes out in 2012 and also good luck to christopher nolan on restarting the superman franchise im looking foward to hearing more from the stars of christoper nolans batman movies and the director himself

I think that if a script is completed and filming begins no later than August 2010, they'll have enough time for a late 2011 release. Also, I'm not even questioning whether or not Chris Nolan is directing this film. If it's a 2011 release, he's doing it.

2011 is wishful thinking, and later Oldman backtracked to include the much more plausible 2012 as the release year.

Ya I don't think it's going to be Nolan Factoring in finishing up the script, casting, principal photography and post-production work, I don't see how I could be Nolan

Think about it. Nolan could have the script finished but what about the time of pre-production? It's hard to have a short time in pre-production and film a month later. But still it could be Nolan cause he has that kind of potential.
