Someone on an Ellen fansite had an interesting insight into the name Ariadne. From Greek mythology Ariadne is the one who gave Theseus the ball of string so he could find his way out of the labyrinth after killing the minotaur. Perhaps Ellen's character is like a guide to Leo's?
