Watanabe and Hardy join the cast of Inception

The Hollywood Reporter recently broke news stating that Ken Watanabe (who previously worked with Nolan on Batman Begins) and the relatively unknown Tom Hardy are set to join the cast of Christopher Nolan’s next film: Inception. Watanabe will supposedly play an antagonist, while Hardy will side with DiCaprio’s character. The two newcomers join a star-studded cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Cillian Murphy, Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard and Michael Caine. Filming is planned to begin this summer, with a July 16, 2010 release date set by Warner Bros.

watanabe is great. he has charisma and a lot of energy onscreen, even when he is not talking "loooud". and hardy, well, i thought he was one of the best things in rocknrolla and he is absolutely brilliant in 'bronson', as far as people who have seen it are concerned. once again, not surprinsingly, nolan has put together an amazing cast. the only dream left, is that he was open to share info about production of his films, like peter jackson did on king kong. now that would be amazing. cheers guys! keep up the great work on the site.

Yeah Yeah the cast is getting better and better every week, but we still don't know what's its about.

Tom Hardy is one of the greatest actors I have ever seen. He might be unknown at this moment in time but everything he has done has been magnificent. He is a very versatile character actor and it is good to see him being involved in a project like this as he will bring a lot to this role trust me. By the way, I'm not a relative of his or on his payroll lol but just wanted to say that anyone who is not familiar with Tom Hardy will be in for a treat.
